In this session we’re showing all the do’s and dont’s of how to launch joint ventures from scratch. From numerous failures and successes a checklist has been created on the ideal corporate x startup partnership. In this session best practices will be presented. Independer will share their experience about organising innovation in 3 horizons: current business, new business, future ventures.
After finishing his degree in Business Administration in Rotterdam, Roel first worked at EY Consulting for 5 years as consultant and projectmanager. During his time at EY he lived and worked in South Africa for 1,5 years as a projectmanager and e-business consultant for local banks and insurance companies. He moved on to be director Consulting at Yellowtail, where he stayed for 7 years. During his time at Yellowtail, Roel worked closely with the founders to build an organisation that develops and implements projects and e-commerce concepts for financials, focusing on innovation and IT. Roel joined Independer.nl in 2011 as manager Projects, IT and Innovation and in this role drives projects & IT design & webdevelopment to foster innovation.
