Many organizations think innovation is about generating ideas, running internal competitions or brainstorm sessions (with post-its!). Many organizations think they have buy-in from the leadership. Many organizations think having an innovation manager and a program solves all challenges.
How come often true innovation still doesn’t happen? Why is the companys immune system still attacking true disruption? And what happens when innovation starts cannibalizing on the current business?

During this session, Alexandre will share his lessons learned and observed from both within his own organization as well as many others. Even though many organizations think they have it all in place, it is quite often that organizations are successfully failing at innovating.
