How to start and maintain a corporate venturing strategy

In this session Peter Struijk (Fujifilm) and Fred van Ommen will share their experiences on how to start Corporate Venturing activities, how to implement these activities taking into account the differences between Corporate Venturing and traditional product development and how to maintain a viable strategy and successful activities.
Peter will explain how Fujifilm changed from a film company to a very successful company with a great diversity of applications. Fred will share his experiences from a corporate perspective in Philips and from a startup perspective in Seaborough.
