Kees de Jong is an entrepreneur, investor, speaker, mentor, and writer. He is currently very active within the nlgroeit.nl initiative - a public-private cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Affairs, NLevator, and the Chamber of Commerce. The goal of this initiative is to enlarge the growth capacity of SMEs in the Netherlands.
He co-founded Blauw Research (NL, UK, Germany), Bloomerce (sold to SSI in 2005), GDCC (callcenter, global data collection) and has been member of multiple boards, such as Veliq and ECE. Furthermore, he mentors/supports fast-growth companies, and has been a columnist at Financieel Dagdblad Netherlands. Thereby he wrote Het Groeiboekje/ Groter Groeien, which became no. 3 at the Bestseller top 100 in 2014.
