Did you know that the Dutch governments buy for 73 billion euros worth of work, services and supplies? Much of this is spend on public services such as infrastructure, safety, public transport, health care, clean water and education. The governments can ensure the future quality and improve sustainability through innovation-focused procurement and keeping future expenditures low. The central government spends around 12 billion euros. Municipality’s, waterboards, provinces combined are spending 42 billion euros.
In the cafe ‘doing business with the government’ you meet experienced employees of the Municipality of Amsterdam, Rijkswaterstaat, Ministry of Security and Justice, Ministry of Economic Affairs, The Hague Security Delta, and many more. They will explain how you could sell your innovation to their organisation. This Cafe is hosted by Carlita Vis from PIANOo.
